Yoga for Wellness 6-week courses are starting the second week in January.

Nia Dance: Monday, Jan 9 @ 7 a.m., & Wednesday, Jan 11 @ 6:15 p.m.

Intro to Yoga: Monday, Jan 9 @ 5:30 & 7 p.m.

MS & Limited Physical Abilities Class: Monday, Jan 9 @ 11:30 a.m.
