Intro to Yoga Begins July 10

We have another six-week session starting up Monday, July 10, 2017. Lisa Moore will teach this course that covers the fundamentals of body alignment through basic yoga poses that increase strength and flexibility. You’ll also be guided through breath awareness, imagery and deep relaxation.

Take the first step in the journey of yoga.

Yoga in the Park!

We had a lovely day for Yoga in the Park on Saturday, June 24. The Saturday Open Yoga class takes place at Gibson Park on the last Saturdays of the months of June, July and August. Join us for this 9am yoga practice and feel the sun on your face as you stretch, strengthen and restore. 

Upcoming: (9am, July 29 and August 26, 2017)
Meet at the bandshell. We’ll have some yoga mats there or you can bring your own.
