About Rev. Jean Sweet:
Rev. Jean Sweet is an ordained Religious Science and Interfaith minister, bringing spiritual wisdom from all traditions, past and present. She is the Spiritual Director of Helena Center of Creative Living. The center if founded in the Science of Mind, which includes the highest and best of science, religion, and philosophy. The Helena Center of Creative Living promotes the universal spiritual principles defined by the evolving New Thought Movement, including Religious Science, Unity, Divine Science, and the Infinite Way.

Connect your mind and body, improve your alignment, balance, strength and flexibility, and be surrounded by the beauty of nature. (weather permitting)

Group will meet at the Gibson Park band shell.

Hatha Flow

Join us for a NEW class Tuesday at 7 p.m. with our newest instructor Tanya.

Hatha Flow is an eclectic blend of yoga. In this class you will flow through vinyasa sequences and focus on the alignment of the body, so that energy can flow freely. You will gain greater awareness and relaxation.

Hatha Flow is an independent class that is $10 a session.

Festival of Lights Christmas Party


Join us for a celebration of Peace, Joy, Laughter, and Spirit, Saturday, December 19. We’ll start off with a simple meditation class at 5:30 p.m. followed by a potluck at 6 p.m. Come for one or both and bring a friend. There is a potluck sign up sheet in the studio for appetizers, salads, drinks, desserts etc.

We are also collecting wellness items at the party to donate to the Great Falls Rescue Mission. For more information call 452-9642.
