Sun Salutations show up in almost every yoga class you take. Why? The linking of breath to movement settles the mind, warms the body, and drops you into your practice. Often times, we don’t get to spend time with our salutations. In this workshop come explore the intricacies of these traditional movements and perhaps discover a little (or a lot) about yourself.

If you study yoga, you most likely came into a physical practice first. Coming into awareness through the physical body brings awareness to the breath and to the activity in the mind. It is all connected, and a life long path of discovery. Join Theresa Kelly in a study of the 8 Limbs of Yoga and an exploration of what yoga means to you.
Each workshop is $30. Participate in both Refining Your Yoga and Understanding the 8 Limbs of Yoga workshops for $50.
