Intro to Yoga starts September 18.
Pam Quinn is teaching this 6-week course, Mondays at 7pm. You will learn the fundamentals of body alignment through basic yoga poses that increase strength and flexibility. Pam will also guide you in your yoga journey with breath awareness, imagery and deep relaxation. This class is great if you are new to yoga or if you just want a refresher course. $60.
