Ivet is teaching a Vinyasa-style yoga with postures derived from Primary Series (a very disciplined and beautiful yoga practice).
The Vinyasa style of yoga builds strength and flexibility both physically and mentally. This class includes movement with breath, focus , and energy. It encourages the body to move well and be healthy.

FRIDAYS at 10:30am “Weekend Warm Up”
with Wendy Whitehorn, Ryt 200
Wendy will help you begin your weekend activities or help you rejuvenate after your hectic week with this strengthening and lengthening class. Get your whole body toned and improve flexibility in both mind and body. This class is adaptable to all levels.
